PLAN It PC is a family-owned IT Sales & Repair business based in Killarney, Ireland, providing computer sales, repairs, accessories, and technical support since 2001.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, once your order has been confirmed, the price paid will not change.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• A pricing or description error has occurred.
• A product is unavailable.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
• Payment cannot be authorised.

If payment has already been received, any cancelled order will be refunded promptly.

We accept secure payment methods available through our online checkout.

Your payment information is processed securely through trusted payment providers. PLAN It PC does not store your full payment card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and courier services.

Ownership of goods transfers to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly if any item is damaged or incorrect.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Customers purchasing online have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and applicable EU legislation.

Products must be returned in accordance with our Returns & Repairs Policy.

Faulty products will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

9. Repairs

Devices submitted for repair should be backed up before being left with us.

Customers are responsible for removing passwords, security locks and personal accounts where possible.

Although every care is taken, PLAN It PC cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal data during the repair process.

10. Warranty

Warranty periods vary depending on the manufacturer and product purchased.

Manufacturer warranties are provided in addition to your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAN It PC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of our products or services.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or interfere with the operation of the website.
