Returns & Repairs Policy
At PLAN It PC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we're here to make the process as simple as possible.
When Can I Return a Product?
You may be eligible to return a product in the following circumstances:
- You are exercising your 14-day Right of Withdrawal for eligible online purchases under EU Consumer Rights legislation.
- Your product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or develops a fault shortly after delivery.
- Your product requires repair or replacement within its applicable manufacturer's or retailer's warranty period.
- We have supplied the incorrect item or your order was received damaged.
Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected by this policy.
Before Returning Your Device
To protect your privacy and help us process your repair efficiently, please complete the following before returning your device:
- Back up all important files, photos, and personal data.
- Remove all passwords, PIN codes, screen locks, and security patterns.
- Sign out of all personal accounts.
- Perform a factory reset where possible.
Please note that devices submitted for repair may need to be restored to their factory settings during the repair process. PLAN It PC cannot accept responsibility for the loss of personal data, so we strongly recommend creating a backup before sending your device.
Android Devices
Before performing a factory reset, please remove your Google Account from the device by going to:
Settings → Accounts (or Cloud & Accounts) → Remove Google Account
Apple Devices
Before returning an Apple device, please ensure that:
- Find My iPhone / Find My Device is switched off.
- The device has been removed from your iCloud account.
- You have signed out of your Apple ID.
If we are unable to access or reset your device because security features remain active, we may need to return it to you before any repair work can begin.
Returning Your Product
Products returned under the Right of Withdrawal or as Dead on Arrival (DOA) should be returned with:
- Original packaging
- All accessories
- Manuals and documentation
- Any promotional items included with the purchase
If original packaging or accessories are missing, this will not affect your statutory consumer rights where they apply. However, where permitted by law, any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them may be deducted from your refund.
Repairs & Warranty
Once your return request has been received, our team will review the information provided.
Where appropriate, we may first assist you with troubleshooting to determine whether the issue can be resolved without returning the product.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions for returning your item and, where applicable, arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label.

This Returns & Repairs Policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under Irish consumer law, the Consumer Rights Act 2022, or applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
