Delivery Information

At PLAN It PC, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are normally processed and dispatched on the same business day, provided all items are in stock and payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Killarney.

For products that are in stock, the estimated delivery time to Ireland is typically 3–4 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs procedures (where applicable), adverse weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are generally made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

In some locations, our delivery partners may also offer Saturday delivery, although this service cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on your area.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Delays

If your order is delayed, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
